Pregnancy Relaxation

From the pregnancy relaxation hour, you will benefit from an approximately 30 minute Natal Hypnotherapy™ session (UK’s No.1 Hypnobirthing method) focusing on teaching you breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques. Sessions change weekly and focus on different issues related to pregnancy. You can attend these ever popular sessions at any time during your pregnancy.

The sessions are pregnancy specific and focus on general well being, bonding, eating well, sleeping well, stress management throughout pregnancy. From these sessions you will enjoy the benefits of hypnotherapy as well take time out of your week, in a relaxed atmosphere, learn and practice the techniques which will help you have a better birth experience. The focus of the class is to help you to be more confident, relaxed and prepared for birth. In addition, the pregnancy relaxation hour is a great place to meet other pregnant women. There will be time at the end of each session to discuss any concerns or issues or to simply chat with other mums-to-be and have a cup of tea and a biscuit and on occasions a slice of homemade cake..!

Come in loose, comfortable clothing as the relaxation session is done lying down. Yoga mats and blankets are provided but bring a pillow to get really cosy and relaxed.
