About Me

Rebecca Rowley is a highly experienced and qualified paediatric nurse who’s passion has always been caring for babies and children.  Since qualifying from the University of Nottingham in 2002, with further paediatric studies at the University of Central Lancashire, she has dedicated her life to their specific needs and health.  Her main aim at Beau Baby is to provide you with the right preparation and support empowering you to have a relaxing pregnancy and a calm and positive birth experience.  Rebecca truly believes this is the best possible gift you can give yourself, as well as your baby, giving them the best start in life.  She also understands for some mothers and families the demands a newborn brings postnatally especially in those early days / weeks.  One to one support and advice as well as home visits are also available from Rebecca, should you so desire.
Initially very anxious about the birth of her son Ralph – Rebecca knows now she need not have been.  She is the first to tell anyone about her most calm and positive birth experience, having used the tools and techniques associated with hypnobirthing.  Rebecca was first introduced to hypnobirthing by her GP and family friend Dr. Steven Reid.  From this experience her own opinion of birth completely changed.  So much so Rebecca has been truly inspired to help, support and empower pregnant women by training to become a hypnobirthing practitioner with Natal Hypnotherapy™.  The magic behind hypnobirthing is that it works with any birth, in any setting with what ever you have planned for the birth of your baby.
As a mother herself, Rebecca fully understands the demands a newborn brings to family life. Having undergone specialist training with Younique Postnatal to become a Postnatal Doula, Rebecca offers ‘one off’ visits right through to specialist packages of care – providing support & advice in those early days / weeks.
